Hosted by Naomi Arenberg and Brad Paul, Folk on WGBH offers a diverse mix of music that encompasses contemporary instrumentalists and singer/songwriters as well as traditional folk.
Club Passim Turns 50 (58:24)
Partly recorded at Club Passim's 50th Anniversary Hootenanny this past January and hosted by Folk on WGBH's Brad Paul, this program traces the Cambridge, Mass., club's rich history and includes interviews with and live performances by some of the groundbreaking artists who performed there, including singer/songwriters Geoff Muldaur (shown), Peter Rowan, Jim Kweskin, Chris Smither, and Carolyn Hester.

Host Brad Paul presents an exclusive concert by Joan Baez, recorded at Harvard University's Sanders Theatre to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Cambridge, Mass., folk institution Club Passim (originally called Club 47). One of the most beloved voices in folk music, Baez performs selections from her new CD, Day After Tomorrow, as well as classics like "Diamonds and Rust" and "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down."
